Optimizing Voice Group Call Reminder Strategies

Hey everyone, how are you all doing today? 😊 I've been thinking a lot about how we can make our group call reminders more effective. Anyone have any ideas or experiences they want to share? 🙋‍♀️

One idea I have is to use a mix of email and text message reminders. That way, everyone has a chance to see the reminder, even if they're not always on their computer or phone. Plus, it's good to have multiple forms of reminders in case one slips through the cracks.

Another thing we could do is send out a friendly reminder a day or two in advance, and then again an hour before the call. This gives people time to clear their schedules if needed and makes it less likely anyone will forget.

I also think it would be helpful to have a brief summary of what the call is about and who might be joining. This way, people know what to expect and can come prepared with any questions or points they want to discuss.

Lastly, it might be nice to have a team member designated to check in with those who haven't responded to the reminders. Sometimes, a personal touch can make all the difference!
